Butler -- Died, Sunday morning at 4 a.m., Daniel Hissong, at the residence of R.L. Hettinger, aged 52 years, 11 months and 16 days.  The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Keller, of North Liberty, at the Evangelical church here, after which the remains were laid to rest in the Independence Cemetery.  Mr. Hissong was considered by all who knew him to be a good honorable citizen.  He leaves a large concourse of relatives and friends to mourn his loss.  May he rest in peace, and meet those loved ones passed before him in that bright and glorious world.
